About Inventory Auto Sync

We help Shopify store owners stop selling products that are already sold out — automatically.

What does the app do?

Inventory Auto Sync connects your Shopify store to your suppliers' inventory sources — whether that's a Google Sheet, an API, an eBay listing, a product URL, or an uploaded CSV/Excel file. Once connected, the app automatically checks the supplier's stock levels and updates your Shopify inventory accordingly. No more manual updates, no more selling products that are out of stock, and no more disappointed customers. You set it up once and the app takes care of the rest, syncing your inventory on a schedule you control — hourly, daily, or in real time.

Who is it for?

Inventory Auto Sync is built for Shopify store owners who source products from external suppliers — dropshippers, resellers, retailers, and multi-supplier merchants. If you've ever had a customer order something you didn't know was out of stock, or spent hours manually updating inventory levels, this app was made for you. It's especially useful for stores that work with multiple suppliers at the same time and need all their inventory data to stay accurate without any manual effort.

Who builds it?

Inventory Auto Sync was built by Tuva, a Shopify store owner who faced exactly this problem running her own store. After struggling to find a tool that actually worked the way she needed, she decided to build one herself. The app is designed from the ground up by someone who understands Shopify from the inside — not just as a developer, but as a real merchant. The goal is simple: give store owners back their time, so they can focus on growing their business instead of managing spreadsheets.
