We collect only the data necessary to provide the inventory synchronization service:

• Shopify store data — including product details, inventory levels, variant information, location IDs, and store domain.
• Supplier connection data — such as Google Sheet URLs, eBay product URLs, API endpoints, access tokens, and other credentials needed to fetch inventory data from your suppliers.
• Basic app usage data — such as sync logs, error reports, and activity history used to monitor and improve the service.

We do not collect any personal data from your end customers.

3. How We Use Your Data

The data we collect is used exclusively to:

• Synchronize inventory between your suppliers and your Shopify store.
• Monitor sync performance, detect errors, and send relevant notifications.

Upon uninstalling the app, we will process the deletion of your store's data in accordance with Shopify's GDPR requirements.
