By installing or using Inventory Auto Sync ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App from your Shopify store.
Inventory Auto Sync is a Shopify application that synchronizes inventory levels between your Shopify store and external supplier sources (e.g. Google Sheets, external websites, APIs, CSV files). The App automates stock updates to help prevent overselling.
You may use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that the supplier data you connect is accurate and that you have the right to access it. You must not use the App to violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
We collect and process store and inventory data as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data to third parties. Your store credentials are stored securely and used solely to provide the synchronization service.
We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or events beyond our control may occasionally affect the App. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.
Inventory Auto Sync is provided "as is". We are not responsible for incorrect inventory levels caused by supplier data errors, connectivity issues, or configuration mistakes. Use the App at your own risk and verify critical inventory data independently where needed.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of significant changes where reasonably possible.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify store. We reserve the right to suspend access for violations of these Terms.
